4 weeks to kickstart your new habit of being an exerciser! The goal is to help you build the habit of moving on a consistent basis. Most days will take 20-30 minutes so make sure you plan ahead! You will not need any equipment for this program. Some moves are performed on the floor so make sure you have the ability to get down and up and a mat or other soft surface to protect knees & hands. You may want to have a chair or wall close by for balancing moves. Here we gooooo! Pro Tip: share this with a friend and complete it together! Together is better!!
