Welcome to "Make Yourself at Home" - the complete 2 week workout plan that you can do at home to create a fitter & stronger body and an even more beautiful life. This plan includes follow along workouts with a daily guide for beginner, intermediate & advanced fitness levels! Beginners allot 20-30 min a day. Intermediate/advanced 30-45 min a day. This plan is self paced so join and take your time. Your access to the steps won’t expire! You will need a few basic items for this plan - dumbbells and a space to make yourself at home.
